Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return if:

  • They have clear quality defects
  • Wrong items or missing items are delivered

Please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the item. Late requests may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Personalized or custom-made products not due to defect

3. Refund Process

Once a return is approved, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to quality issues or wrong delivery, we cover the return shipping. If the return is due to personal reasons, the buyer bears the return shipping cost.
